CTPG was initially engaged by Stone and Chalk to assist with the preparation of an operator bid for the City of Sydney. CTPG was then subsequently engaged by Property NSW to oversee the obligation of the Agreement and assist in the delivery of the design and construction of 8,000 sqm, within the agreed parameters of time, quality, and cost.
