CTPG was engaged to formulate a strategy to secure a preferred alternative for a pharmaceutical company’s head office, as well as manage the design and delivery of the fitout at the new location. The new office comprises 5,000 sqm, highlighting the large portfolio the client holds of some of the world’s most well-known medicines, vaccines, and therapeutics.
CTPG was able to assist the client in outmanoeuvring numerous competitors and secure a competitive commercial outcome with considerable flexibility. The team was also able to help structure a fitout procurement agreement to ensure the client maintained competitive process whilst also leveraging integration opportunities, through early involvement in due diligence and a collaborative approach.
