The CTPG team was instrumental in providing NRMA with a new head office space comprising 6,000 sqm, with modern spatial logic, whilst still respecting NRMAs history and connecting the organisation to the development.
Our team has added support and value to this project by successfully undertaking the turnkey purchase of the purpose-built commercial building, integrating fit-out with the base build of construction, as well as providing significant savings from traditional contract arrangements. The NRMA Homebush development won the 2017 Master Builders Award for Best Commercial Building under $50M.
