CTPG was engaged to advise and manage the design and delivery of a set of reference design guidelines to align with the business’s future retail strategy and customer value proposition. The reference design guidelines informed the design of the future NRMA Insurance retail sites, so they are conceptually resolved to enable a ‘plug and play’ type implementation across the retail portfolio.
Subsequently, CTPG oversaw the project delivery across new and refurbished sites across the NRMA Insurance retail portfolio. This involved our advice into the site search and lease agreement process, as well as project delivery in line with the reference design guidelines.
