CTPG was engaged by the Meriden School Principal for the primary objective to improve the current school facilities to cater to an increased demand for high-quality music teaching and learning spaces, with the Greenhalgh Centre for Music and Drama at the Senior School campus.
CTPG successfully resolved matters outstanding from the SSDA, and initiated all of the complicated matters precedent to obtaining a CDC. From this work, CTPG gained approval to develop a Masterplan for future works including a new landscaped playground at the Junior School and New Administration and Student Centre.
