CTPG has supported Marsh McLennan in undertaking an assessment of the property portfolio associated with a newly acquired business. The scope of works included layout reconfigurations together with technology and AV upgrades.
We are also working with Marsh McLennan to manage the upgrade of their major offices to support an agile working style providing services to help achieve outcomes such as successfully transitioning key sites to agile workplaces, bringing people, processes, connectivity, and technology together, unlocking new possibilities for growth, and reducing the overall property footprint.
