CTPG recently completed the design and delivery of a new workplace fitout, including a new flex workspace and a secure zone facility, with Green Star and WELL certification for a leading international technology company in Melbourne.
The scope of project management services included guiding the client through the technical aspects of the property selection process, preparation of design and specifications for the new office fitout, management of the construction and commissioning phase of the fitout project as well as the relocation from the current to new premises. The project required a secure zone including separate access and clearance requirements and Management of Secure Information processes. The new space also needed to accommodate management of remote teams across Australia, South-East Asia and Europe. This was achieved through state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and technology, including mood sonic speakers, which ensured high acoustic performance for secure zones and other areas.
Due to the nature of the client’s business and data protection requirements, we underwent a vigorous IT security compliance and Third-Party Risk Management review in order to be compliant with the General data protection regulation (European Union standard) as part of our onboarding process. Our processes and systems passed the audit, ensuring safety and peace of mind for the client.
