Our people

Founded by Greg Carmichael and Kevin Tompkins, our business has grown to manage almost $2 billion dollars’ worth of property projects, for many of Australia’s leading corporates and institutions.

With an experienced team of Senior Directors and Project Managers delivering projects all over Australia & New Zealand, there’s hardly a region we haven’t been to, or a sector we haven’t touched.

And we’re still growing.

Greg Carmichael

With over 25 years’ project management experience, a Masters in Planning and a Building degree, Greg’s approach is both pragmatic and creative in finding solutions to complex projects. His curiosity about how to make things better and a passion for creating the right environment allows his people to excel.

Kevin Tompkins

Kevin’s extensive technical expertise, and risk mitigation skills brings invaluable experience to our clients. With a background as a Chartered Building Surveyor, he’s a natural problem solver, and navigates projects with calm and rational professionalism.

Brodie McHutchison

Brodie is an accomplished Program and Project Director with over 20 years’ experience across various sectors including government and private developments, and large property portfolio clients. Working both in Australia and internationally in construction management, client-side project management and head contract delivery allows Brodie to draw on his significant experience to provide leadership support and foster highly functioning teams.

Jayme Mace

With over 10 year’s property & construction recruitment experience across the APAC region, Jayme heads talent at CTPG. She is the first point of contact for all employment enquiries and guides candidates through our recruitment process to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Luke Gladwish

Luke is a passionate Project Director, specialising in impartial and expert advice to School Boards, Business Executives and Key Stakeholders on project strategy and execution. His expertise in project structuring, development management and project management services is best in class. Luke has over 16 years’ experience across education, commercial property and infrastructure sectors with both public and private clients in design, management and advisory positions.
