CTPG has been instrumental in assisting Loreto with the delivery of their masterplan for future education and ancillary uses across the site. The key driver for this historic school is to reach a school population of 2,000 students over the coming years.
For this project, CTPG was engaged in the building of a new specialist learning facility with a focus on Agricultural Studies for Senior School Students in years 7-12. It has been built to be environmentally sustainable, with solar panels and a rainwater reuse system. The Facility is also home to chickens, along with raised planter beds and a hydroponic system so that the students can grow and harvest their own plants.
