CTPG’s challenge was to create an exciting new home for Wilson Group’s head office in Melbourne CBD with the identification and acquisition of the right premises.
The outcome was a cost-efficient high quality fit-out, which included negotiation of the modification of base building refurbishment works on the floor (being undertaken by the Landlord) to integrate with Wilson’s new fit-out, to provide significant overall savings.
