Our brief was to project manage a 20,000 sqm churn project in a live environment whilst keeping the office fully operational. A significant challenge. The purpose of the engagement was to allow Marsh McLennan to accommodate a greater number of colleagues following the acquisition of the JLT business.
The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget with minimal impact to business. The success of the project was in part due to the deep knowledge that the team had obtained as a result of a long-standing relationship with the client.
